On 22 December 2025, CREDAI National gave Irfan Razack its Lifetime Achievement Award. CREDAI is the top body of private builders in India, so this award comes from the trade itself. It honoured his long work in the sector and his past roles at CREDAI.

He once led CREDAI Bengaluru and Karnataka, and later served as Chairman of CREDAI National. While accepting the award, he said it reflects the trust of the whole industry. • Check whether the award went to the group, one project or one leader.
• Trust ratings from bodies like CRISIL more than paid or sponsored awards.
