Directions From South Mumbai and the Central Suburbs

Most visitors from Mumbai come up the Eastern Express Highway. It is the most direct road, and it ends right at the project's junction.

  • Take the Eastern Freeway or the Eastern Express Highway north towards Thane.
  • Pass Ghatkopar, Vikhroli and Mulund, then cross the Mulund check naka into Thane.
  • Continue past Teen Hath Naka, Cadbury Junction and the Majiwada flyover.
  • Exit at Kapurbawdi Junction onto Ghodbunder Road, and look for Wonder Mall.

From Powai, take the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road east and join the highway at Vikhroli. The rest of the route stays the same.

Directions From the Western Suburbs

Today, the western suburbs link with Thane through two main routes. Both take time at peak hours, so plan your trip for mid-morning if you can.

  • From Andheri, take the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road to the Eastern Express Highway.
  • Drive north to Thane and exit at Kapurbawdi Junction.
  • From Borivali or Dahisar, drive north on the Western Express Highway instead.
  • Turn onto Ghodbunder Road near Ghodbunder village and drive east to Kapurbawdi.

The Thane-Borivali Twin Tunnel will change this trip once it opens around 2028 to 2029. It should cut the Borivali drive to about 15 minutes.

Directions From Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai links with Thane through the Airoli bridge and the Thane-Belapur Road. Most drivers find the Airoli route the quickest.

  • From Vashi or Belapur, take the Thane-Belapur Road north towards Airoli.
  • Cross the Airoli bridge into Mulund, then join the Eastern Express Highway northbound.
  • Drive past Teen Hath Naka and Majiwada to Kapurbawdi Junction.

You can also drive through Kalwa into Thane city, though this route has more signals.

Directions From the Airports

From Mumbai airport at Terminal 2, take the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road towards Vikhroli. Join the Eastern Express Highway north and drive to Kapurbawdi. The trip usually takes 45 to 70 minutes, based on traffic.

Navi Mumbai International Airport opened for flights in December 2025. From the airport, drive north through Navi Mumbai on the Sion-Panvel Highway and Thane-Belapur Road. Then cross the Airoli bridge and follow the Eastern Express Highway north to Kapurbawdi.

Directions From Pune and Nashik

From Pune, take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway to its end near Kalamboli. Head towards Thane through Navi Mumbai and the Airoli bridge, or through Shilphata and Kalwa. Both routes end on the Eastern Express Highway near Kapurbawdi.

From Nashik, drive south on the Mumbai-Nashik Highway past Bhiwandi. The highway enters Thane near Majiwada, just a short drive from Kapurbawdi Junction. This makes the project one of the easiest Thane addresses to reach from the north.

Reaching the Site by Train and Bus

If you come by local train, get off at Thane station. From the west side deck, take a TMT bus, an auto or a cab to Kapurbawdi. The ride takes about 15 to 25 minutes outside peak hours.

Visitors from Navi Mumbai can take the trans-harbour line straight to Thane station. From there, the last stretch to Kapurbawdi is the same short road trip.

Metro Access Once Open

Kapurbawdi will host an interchange for Metro Line 4 and Metro Line 5. Line 4 runs along Ghodbunder Road towards Wadala, while Line 5 runs towards Bhiwandi. Both target their first stretches by the end of 2026.

Once these lines open, you can take the metro to Kapurbawdi and walk to the site. The Ring Metro, due by 2029, will also link Thane station with Wagle Estate and Manpada.

How Drive Times Will Change by 2030

Many of the drive times on this page will get shorter over the next few years. New roads and metro lines are being built all around Kapurbawdi right now.

The Thane Coastal Road will take heavy trucks off Ghodbunder Road by about 2028. That should make the drive from the north side of Thane much faster. The twin tunnel will do the same for trips from Borivali and the western suburbs.

Metro Line 4 will also give you a way to reach Wadala and central Mumbai by train. So a trip that takes an hour by car today may take far less time by metro. Treat the times in our table as today's figures, and expect them to drop as each link opens.

Tips for Your Drive and Site Visit

  • Plan your visit on a weekday between 11 am and 4 pm, when traffic is lighter.
  • Use Wonder Mall as your landmark, since the site sits directly opposite.
  • Avoid the Majiwada flyover at peak hours, when queues can stretch for over a kilometre.
  • Add 20 to 30 minutes to your trip during heavy monsoon rain.
  • Ask the sales team for the exact Experience Centre pin before you leave.

Why This Location Is Easy to Reach

Few Thane addresses sit on so many main roads at once. Kapurbawdi Junction links the highway, Ghodbunder Road and the road to Nashik in one spot. This gives you quick access to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi and the western suburbs.

Prestige Falcon City Thane plans nine towers and about 2,075 homes on 15 acres, with 40% open space. It is in pre-launch, with RERA registration in process and possession planned for December 2031.
