Wonder Mall: Right Across the Road
Wonder Mall stands on Ghodbunder Road at Kapurbawdi, directly opposite the project. It has shops, food outlets and a cinema, so a film or dinner is always close. For people living here, it works as the everyday mall you can reach on foot. Short trips like this add up, since you save time on small errands each week.
Viviana Mall (Now Lake Shore Mall)
Viviana Mall is the biggest shopping centre near the project, on the Eastern Express Highway. It opened in 2013 on a 13-acre plot, with about 1.7 million sq ft of built space. It holds more than 250 stores, about 19 big brand stores and a 14-screen Cinépolis cinema.
The mall has since been renamed Lake Shore Mall, though most locals still call it Viviana. It is the go-to choice for big shopping trips, weekend outings and family movies. Go early on weekends, since the car park fills up fast by noon.
Korum Mall
Korum Mall opened in 2009 just off the Eastern Express Highway, built by Kalpataru. It has about 4.5 lakh sq ft of shops, with a big hypermarket and a family fun centre. A four-screen cinema and a food court for about 550 guests round it off.
With parking for about 1,100 cars, it suits families who shop in bulk each month.
R Mall, Manpada
R Mall sits on Ghodbunder Road at Manpada, a short drive north of the project. It opened in 2010 and has about 3.59 lakh sq ft of leasable space. It is known for family fun spots and a good mix of gadget and home stores.
A Metro Line 4 station at Manpada will sit right outside the mall once the line opens. That will make it an easy metro hop for people living nearby.
Lodha Boulevard and The Walk
Lodha Boulevard sits near the Majiwada flyover, close to the project. It offers a supermarket, food court and a play zone for kids, which suits quick family errands. The Walk at Hiranandani Estate has a European-style street layout with restaurants, cafes and branded stores.
